📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Support in the preparation and presentation of sales reports and forecasts.
• Assist in the organization and execution of client meetings and events.
• Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products/services to clients.
• Contribute to the development of sales training programs for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.
