Central Market Sejahtera is looking for a dedicated Commis Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food for our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to the menu.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Ensure all food is prepared and cooked to the required standards.,Work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.,Follow all health and safety guidelines.,Prepare and maintain food displays.,Assist in training and developing junior staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to follow health and safety guidelines.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.,Ability to stand for long periods of time.
