Stripe is looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Requirements Management team in Toronto. This role is crucial in ensuring our risk management processes are robust and aligned with our company's goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering management and a deep understanding of risk management principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor a team of engineers responsible for managing requirements and risk in our projects.,Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements.,Ensure that all requirements are well-documented, traceable, and aligned with business objectives.,Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.,Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.,Work closely with the engineering director to ensure the team's goals are in line with the company's strategic objectives.,Participate in cross-functional initiatives and projects as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in engineering management, with a focus on requirements management or risk management.,Strong understanding of risk management principles and practices.,Experience working in an Agile or similar development environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
