📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure that all departmental goals are met and exceeded.
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
• Develop and implement strategies that align with the company's objectives and drive operational excellence.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior management to ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
• Monitor departmental performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Represent the department at internal and external meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of success in a similar position.
• Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
