📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.,Drive sales growth by implementing effective marketing strategies and promoting menu items.,Manage and develop a team of restaurant staff, providing training and support to ensure they meet performance expectations.,Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as local and federal laws.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and procurement, to ensure the restaurant's success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Knowledge of food and beverage service, as well as health and safety regulations.,Experience with POS systems and sales analysis tools.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
