📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist with daily retail operations, including stocking, pricing, and organizing merchandise.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and assisting with purchases.
• Handle cash transactions and manage the till accurately.
• Prepare and serve coffee and light refreshments to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized retail space, including restocking shelves and displays.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation.
• Flexible availability to work part-time hours.
