📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction and infrastructure projects.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and budget-friendly completion of projects.,Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.,Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders.,Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.,Prepare and submit project reports and documentation.,Train and mentor junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project supervision for construction and infrastructure projects.,Strong knowledge of construction techniques and materials.,Proven track record of successful project completion.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
