As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory, and customer service.,Manage and train a team of store staff to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the store and attract new customers.,Monitor store performance and sales targets, and report to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular inventory checks and manage stock levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability.,Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing teams and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and market trends.
