As our Affiliate Marketing Specialist, you'll work closely with our marketing team to identify and manage affiliate programs, track performance, and optimize campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite. You'll also collaborate with our sales and product teams to ensure that our affiliate partners have the best possible experience and are equipped with the resources they need to succeed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
• Identify and manage affiliate programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance tracking.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate program performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Meta Business Suite.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and distribute affiliate marketing materials, such as banners, links, and promotional content.
• Work with the sales and product teams to ensure that affiliate partners have the necessary resources and support to succeed.
• Optimize affiliate marketing campaigns based on performance data and market trends.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in affiliate marketing.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing and executive teams on the performance of affiliate programs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing affiliate programs.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing (SMM), and email marketing.
• Proficiency in using affiliate marketing tools such as CJ Affiliate, Rakuten Advertising, or ShareASale.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
