📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, organizing, and conducting of training programs and workshops.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other resources.,Coordinate with trainers and participants to ensure smooth execution of training sessions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Assist in the administration of training records and participant data.,Support the Training Officer in developing and implementing training policies and procedures.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators.,Provide administrative support to the Training and Development department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a related field.,Proven experience in planning, organizing, and conducting training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Familiarity with training management software is a plus.
