Sumber Hana Coffee is looking for a Deputy Crew Outlet to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting the Crew Outlet in managing the outlet operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the quality of our products. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing outlet operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the quality and freshness of coffee products.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive customer experience.,Assist in training and developing new staff members.,Monitor and report on sales performance and outlet metrics.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.,Assist in handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the outlet.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the coffee industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Basic knowledge of coffee brewing and preparation.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced environment.
