📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Demi Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.,Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and hygiene.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following all health and safety regulations.,Assist in managing kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.,Participate in inventory management and cost control to ensure efficient use of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in the development and implementation of new menu items and cooking techniques.,Ensure compliance with all food safety and health regulations.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the kitchen team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,High school diploma or equivalent experience.
