📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality gelato using our signature recipes.
• Assist customers with choosing the perfect gelato flavor and topping combinations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and ingredients.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper handling and storage of gelato ingredients.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on new products and service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• At least 1 year of experience in a food service or hospitality role, preferably in a gelato or dessert-focused environment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic inventory management.
• Passion for food and a desire to learn and grow within the gelato industry.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
