📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze HR data using Power BI and Tableau to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain compensation and benefits packages, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with market standards.
• Conduct regular reviews of employee compensation to ensure fairness and equity.
• Collaborate with the HR team to streamline HR processes and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to management on HR strategies and initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Assist in the implementation of employee benefits programs and wellness initiatives.
• Support the HR team in managing employee relations and conflict resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR data analysis and compensation administration.
• Proficient in using Power BI and Tableau for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
