As an HR Legal Staff, you will be responsible for drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws. You will also provide legal advice and support to the HR team, ensuring that all employment-related matters are handled in accordance with the law. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
- Provide legal advice and support to the HR team on employment-related matters.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of employment practices to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with company goals and legal requirements.
- Monitor changes in labor laws and regulations, and ensure that the company's practices are up-to-date.
- Handle legal aspects of employee grievances and disputes, ensuring fair and compliant resolutions.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure that all employment-related communications are legally sound and compliant.
- Provide training and guidance to HR staff on employment law and compliance issues.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in employment law or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent legal research and writing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and legal software such as DocuSign, eSignLive, or similar tools.
