📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement daily and weekly menus in collaboration with the executive chef.,Oversee the preparation of food items, including cooking, baking, and grilling.,Ensure that all food items are prepared according to the company's standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are available and properly stored.,Participate in the development of new recipes and menu items.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and health regulations.,Degree in Culinary Arts or related field is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
