📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure inventory accuracy and manage stock levels to optimize warehouse efficiency.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor and report on warehouse performance metrics, such as throughput, accuracy, and efficiency.,Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse procedures and best practices.,Manage and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse management or related roles.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.
