📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, reservations, and guest inquiries.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and documentation.,Assist in training and supervising junior front desk staff.,Promote the hotel's amenities, services, and special offers to guests.,Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to handle diverse guests and situations.,Fluent in English, both spoken and written, with knowledge of local languages an advantage.,Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage front desk operations efficiently.,Proficiency in using computer systems and relevant software for guest management.,Customer service orientation with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid ID and work permit for Bali, Indonesia.
