As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production processes.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the daily operations of the semiconductor manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.,Monitor and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and yield.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Lead and mentor a team of production operators, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality assurance, and maintenance, to address production challenges and implement solutions.,Maintain a strong focus on safety, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the semiconductor manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment.,Proven track record of successful production management and process optimization.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Familiarity with industry-standard software and tools for production planning and control.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
