📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to identify the best candidates for our organization.,Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.,Maintain a strong understanding of the job market and industry trends to ensure we are attracting the right candidates.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry contacts.,Assist in the development and implementation of onboarding programs for new hires.,Provide feedback and support to hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS systems and applicant tracking software is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
