Inhesion is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator/Operations Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in supporting our sales team and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong administrative background and a passion for customer service. This is a full-time position located in one of our key areas in Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks including data entry, scheduling, and coordination of sales activities.,Manage and maintain sales records, customer databases, and other relevant documents.,Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of products or services.,Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, providing excellent customer service.,Support the operations team by managing inventory, tracking shipments, and coordinating logistics.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for sales meetings and client interactions.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures.,Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall business operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
