Vivant Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Insurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and mitigating risks associated with our insurance products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, compliance, and insurance industry knowledge. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.,Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities.,Monitor and evaluate insurance policies, underwriting practices, and claims processes to identify and address compliance issues.,Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the effective implementation of risk management and compliance initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to proactively address potential challenges.,Provide training and guidance to junior staff on risk management and compliance best practices.,Prepare and present reports on risk management activities, compliance findings, and performance metrics to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in risk management and compliance within the insurance industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian insurance regulations and compliance requirements.,Proficiency in risk assessment tools, techniques, and methodologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with insurance software and systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
