In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction projects, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to the project specifications. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards.,Conducting site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Preparing and submitting progress reports, including site photographs, to the project manager and other relevant stakeholders.,Managing and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Implementing and enforcing health and safety protocols on the construction site to protect workers and the public.,Ensuring that all construction work is in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing technical guidance and support to junior engineers and site personnel.,Maintaining accurate records of all project-related documents, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a focus on civil, structural, and architectural projects.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction laws, regulations, and building codes.,Proficiency in Indonesian language, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with construction software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.,Valid driver's license and the ability to drive company vehicles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
