📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage inventory and stock levels using SAP and Excel.
- Coordinate with the distribution team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.
- Process and track customer orders using our in-house order management system.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory and transactions.
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis for the distribution department.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of distribution strategies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar administrative or logistics role.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SAP.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with Indonesian logistics and distribution processes.
- Knowledge of English is a plus.
