📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist doctors, nurses, and pharmacists in delivering high-quality patient care by providing support with medical records, appointment scheduling, and administrative tasks.
• Operate and maintain medical equipment and technology, including Epic and Cerner, to ensure smooth and efficient clinic operations.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and follow-up notes.
• Handle patient inquiries, provide information, and assist with appointment scheduling, ensuring a seamless experience for patients.
• Collaborate with the clinic team to implement and improve digital healthcare processes, contributing to the clinic’s overall efficiency and patient satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in digital healthcare and suggest improvements to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized clinic environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in training new staff on the use of medical technology and software, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Medical Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare support role, preferably in a digital healthcare environment.
• Proficient in using medical software and technology, including Epic and Cerner.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Certification in Medical Administration or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation, as the role may require occasional travel to different clinic locations.
