You'll work closely with our culinary team to ensure seamless service, from the moment guests enter our doors to the time they leave satisfied and eager to return.
In this role, you'll use our in-house POS system, manage our reservation software, and maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in our dining areas. You'll also have the chance to develop your skills and grow within the company as we continue to expand our presence in Bali.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries promptly.
- Ensure the dining areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Assist in maintaining a positive and engaging atmosphere in the dining area.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Stay updated on menu items and specials to provide accurate information to guests.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Front of House or hospitality role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with basic POS systems and reservation software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
